中文摘要

傳統工業社會以男性為主的設計氛圍,造成女性時常於生活空間之設計中感到不便利性。本研究目的為導入友善女性之觀念於大眾運輸工具的移動過程,進而探究在各個空間場域移動時的需求,以協助使用者能有效用的進行空間移動。透過觀察與訪談法的調查,可以歸納出八個主要問題點:1.招呼方式的不便與危險;2.資訊不足;3.判讀來車不易;4.車況難以掌控;5.缺少來車提醒;6.不小心過站;7.下車按鈴不便;8.下車站點到目的地缺少指引等問題。根據歸納以及運用相關技術之整合,本研究提出實際的解決方案,並運用焦點團體法進行專家意見的諮詢與討論,進行系統概念的修正。系統概念共有六項,分別是1.搭乘;2.資訊;3.顯示;4.提醒;5.下車;6.導航。本研究之結果歸納出協助使用者的方案-特別是女性,在空間場域的移動中能更有連結化、系統化、效能化的設計目的。

英文摘要

Design values are mainly male-oriented in traditional industrial society. Therefore, the results will lead a lot inconvenience for female with their living space. In this research, we aim to incorporate the concept of femalefriendly and expect to develop in crossing space effectively for customers. According to interview and observation,the result can generalize eight main problems: 1.Calling is inconvenient and dangerous; 2.Inefficient information;3.Reading the sign of bus is difficult; 4.Difficulty in knowing bus position and arriving time; 5. Enhance visual and audio warning signal; 6. Missing the intended bus stop; 7.
Inconvenience in using the button for get off; 8. Lack of the travel information.Finally, focused-group is used to consult experts’ opinions for revising the developed concepts: 1.call;2.Information; 3.Display; 4.Warning; 5.Get off; 6.GPS. We anticipate this research will achieve the purpose of user-friendly, especially female-friendly, in the movement of crossing the space connectedly, systematically and efficiently.
