藝術活動的心靈療育,常運用於醫療、宗教等範圍;所使用之藝術活動以音樂、舞蹈、繪畫等方面較為普遍。本研究以藝術創作對青少年輔導之運用─以法院保護處分少年為例,研究藝術活動可以給予少年平復鬱積感情的情形,及少年在無限寬廣的藝術領域中創造,傳達他的情感,找回自我的肯定,撫平情感的失落。臺灣高雄少年法院以藝術創作啟蒙及輔導受保護處分之少年,曾舉辦星光少年才藝輔導課程及比賽,其中包含了繪畫、書法等等活動;更結合社區資源與高雄樹德科技大學之教學與設備,陸續舉辦陶瓷藝術及微波琉璃等基礎培訓課程。藉由藝術創作與指導老師的協助下,予受輔導少年,調和其情緒衝突與昇華感情,幫助受輔導處分少年自我探索、瞭解和成長。研究方法為實地觀察法及訪談法,研究結果發現,接受藝術活動的少年會自然的感到情緒放鬆,作品經由觸覺、視覺,透過手眼協調的操作,與腦中對作品的想像不斷的修正吻合,能夠體驗到獨特的自我意識,發現自我創作的存在,達到藝術治療的效果。

英文摘要

The spiritual therapy of arts activity is frequently used in fields such as medical care and religion,and the more popularly used arts activities are, for example, music, dance and painting. In this study,theapplication of arts creation on the counseling of juvenile is studied; meanwhile, the juvenile under protection by the court of law is taken as example to study how arts activity can comfort the feeling of juvenile deep in their minds; in the mean time, juveniles are provided with chance for their
creation in unlimited wide arts field, juveniles have the chance to express their feelings, to find back self-recognition and to comfort the lost feelings.In the juvenile court of Kaohsiung, Taiwan, arts
creation is used to enlighten and to provide counseling for juvenile under protection, and the activities once held are, for example, acquirement counseling curriculum and competition for star juvenile, which includes activities such as painting and calligraphy, etc.; moreover, communityresource and the teaching equipment in Shu-Te
University, Kaohsiung are associated to hold basic incubation curriculum such as ceramic art and microwave glass, etc. Through the arts creation
and the help from instructor, the emotional conflict of juvenile under counseling is balanced and their feeling is promoted too, in other words, juveniles under protection are assisted to do self-exploration,self-understanding and growth. Meanwhile, the author also gets involved in the above mentioned counseling activity and on-site observation and
interview methods are adopted. From the above mentioned process of counseling activity, we have observed that the juvenile has felt naturally relaxed,meanwhile, from their touch, vision and hand-eye
coordination operation on their work, as well as continuous correction and match of the imagination in their brain on the work, unique self-consciousness can be felt, and self-creation is in existence too, in
other words, the effect of arts therapy has been achieved.
