中文摘要

本研究旨在探討護理科在職專班學生基本屬性對自我概念、學習動機及化學學習成效之影響,首先採文獻分析法,分別探討其內涵與概念間彼此關係作為理論依據,其次依據分析結果編制「自我概念量表」及「學習動機量表」作為研究工具。本研究為描述及相關性研究,以便利取樣方式,選取臺灣北部某專科學校護理科在職專班學生為對象,以結構式問卷收集資料。研究結果發現樣本個人屬性的工作年資會影響化學課程之自我概念及學習成效,雖然部分自我概念及學習動機概念達顯著相關,但是整體而言,自我概念及學習動機與化學學習成效未達顯著相關。由於研究者礙於化學學習成效之成績取得不易,而使樣本數僅限於研究者教授之80 位學生,建議日後研究可進行在職專班學生與一般學生之比較。研究結果期能提供課程教師對於增進學生自我概念、學習動機與化學學習成效之參考。

英文摘要

The purpose of this research is to explore the effect of personal
characteristic on self-concept,learning motivation and chemistry achievement in college students who are still working in the hospitals located in the northern Taiwan. Questionnaire was used in this study and the participants are second-year college students in north area of Taiwan. The tool of this research was referred to the relative references then used the questionnaire “self-concept questionnaire” and “learning
motivation questionnaire” which are redesigned by the researchers to proceed the study. The results of this study were: 1. personal
characteristic of working experience had significant differentwith self-concept and learning motivation;2. except the academic self concept of self concept had no significant different with the target direction of learning motivation, other themes had relationship in each;3. self-concept were related with learning motivation but chemical course of
academic results. Samplings only have 80 because researchers could not gain the grades easily.It were deeply affected the research results. The results of this study will provide the understanding of the impact of chemical teachers and college students on self-concept, learning
motivation and achievements of chemical course.
