兩岸過去因意識形態與政治上的對立長期未接觸，1987 年恢復接觸後又因政治上主權爭議使兩岸關係發時起時落，未能有正常性的往來，本文從全球化的興起切入並對過去60 餘年兩岸關係發展進行回顧，旨在探討全球化趨勢對兩岸關係發展的影響。在探討後發現，在全球化趨勢中兩岸現階段應相互交流，才符合雙方利益。現階段兩岸在承認一中各表的九二共識上，交流熱絡且已建立制度性的對話管道，但關於一個中國的爭議與臺灣內部的獨立主張，仍使兩岸交流面對倒退的風險；且經由本文分析發現兩岸除前述政治爭議外仍存在著社會與文化發展上的實質差異。本文最後提出後現代解構與多元文化平等對話的觀點，主張兩岸現階段應擱置政治上主權之爭，平等對話求同存異，先進行文化整合，尋求共識的擴大，如此方有助於兩岸建立長久堅實的發展關係。

After 1949, because the civil war Taiwan and mainland China has experienced 30 year mutually not intercourse. After 1987, Taiwan and mainland China resume the contact, but the politics disputed that causes the relations development could not have the stable intercourse.Taiwan and mainland China has in the stable relationship but politics dispute still to cause Taiwan and mainland China relations has the possibility to back up now. According the paper analysis,Taiwan and mainland China should associate in globalized time. In fact Taiwan and mainland
China have politics disputed, the social actual development also still have the difference. For Taiwan and mainland China relations stability, Taiwan and mainland China should carry on the cultural exchange now. If Taiwan and mainland China carries on the cultural exchange, the
relations will have the further development.
