客家諺語所反映的節日民俗，內容至為豐富，如「食了七種羹，各人做零星」之於「人日」；「清明前，好蒔田；清明後，好種豆」之於「清明」。各節日莫不有流傳已久的諺語，關係密切。本文乃針對節日諺語，作一綜合分析，各有意義，大要如下：首為前言，敘述節日諺語的意義。其次乃從客家節日諺語來看客家文化的內涵，在展現中道和諧的兩性文化，包括重視人際和諧、重視自然的和諧、重視處世的和諧。第三乃從節日諺語中，可以發現其為春秋時義的樂活文化，所得啟示為雨暘寒暑的指針、處事種作的指南、立志進取的標竿。再則為結論，掌握天人合一、物我和諧、積極入世的思想。
