中文摘要

Spa美容產業面臨企業衰退與經濟蕭條雙重困境,面對市場環境快速變動以及競爭白熱化的環境下,Spa美容產業面臨極大的威脅;然而,危機就是轉機,如何去因應外部市場變化、適時調整營運策略,以及整合內部所有資源,並且有效的相互配合運用,以抗衡快速變遷的環境下以及市場衰退萎靡,是此刻管理階層必須省思的要務。Spa美容產業面對外部市場與內部資源競爭壓力,如何去提升它的有利條件,如何去開發新的市場,分散風險、降低勞工成本,並獲得更新的資源,是Spa美容產業目前最重要的整合方向。本研究是以Spa美容產業業主對創新思維應用於Spa美容產業之可行性接受度結合以波動能量回復儀探討Spa美容產業規模、人員互補力、風險承受度、業主企圖心與積極態度、對增強競爭力之影響並探討產業創新轉型對提升績效業績與口碑(名聲)、服務品質、減少顧客流失率之相互關係來研究未來市場,也探討機會與威脅,使Spa美容產業再增加另一個有利發展方向。並調查Spa美容產業業主在環境機會與威脅之問產業面臨衰退與經濟蕭條雙重困境之因應方式,與Spa美容產業的總體走向對創新轉型動機過程探討研究,使Spa美容產業邁向另一個有利發展的方向。本研究之統計方法是畝Spa美容產業業主與高階經理人為研究對象,使用的統計以SPSS 10.0及AMOS 6.0統計套裝軟體進行分析,並以α=.05為顯著水準進行統計考驗。包括相關分析、因素分析研究、ANOVA分析、迴歸與複迴歸分析、SEM結構方程模式等方式等,發現高教育程度和年資經歷資深者越能接受創新轉型認知、進取心高,其所經營之產業能承受高風險之能力也相對提高,故能藉由創新惑維之可行性接受度後,而逐步創新轉型、提高績效與競爭能力。

英文摘要

Globalization brings challenges and opportunities to all kinds of businesses. As a resuit of increasing innovativeness transformation, significant growth in beauty Spa business opportunities, as well as competitive pressures, beauty Spa industry have seen considerabie changes. Innovativeness transformation provides beauty Spa business a way to reduce labor costs, increase production capacity, comply with customers’ requirements, achieve competitive cost advantages, develop new markets, spread risks, and gain access to new resources. This study assessed to combine the HRV: (Health Recover Vitality Instrument) innovativeness in the beauty Spa industry owner of level accepts of feasibility of innovativeness transformation opportunities and threats among the beauty Spa industry performance. It also clarifies the level of innovativeness transformation to they have already accomplished. The paper investigates the relationships between certain properties of beauty Spa industry and examines their motivations for innovativeness as well as those of beauty Spa industry in general. Finally, the study discusses the threats and opportunities that result from economic globalization, especially from the standpoint of traditional beauty Spa industry. The study revealed that there were positive relationships between the beauty Spa firm sizes, employees complementary, propensity to take risk, competitive aggressiveness to the owner level accept innovativeness of the awareness to improve the beauty Spa industry performance. The following statistical analysis will be utilized on the beauty Spa industry owner results of the survey: Pearson’s correlationcoefficients , ANOVA analysis, Multiple regression analysis, the study revealed that mangers with more education are more aware of innovativeness
transformation, more propensity to take risk, increasing competitive aggressiveness and the awareness of beauty Spa industry leaders and associations could organize Conferences on strategy, competitiveness and innovativeness to combine new technology an instrument should also help the company managers to develop properties that would help them to innovativeness transformation.
