背景及目的:阻抗素在動物實驗中已被證實與胰島素敏感度有關,然而此相關性在人體實驗中仍
具爭議。本研究目的為探討當身體活動量減少造成的抗胰島素現象是否與阻抗素有關。方法:以
3名大專游泳選手為受試者,檢測於8週季前期高強度訓練後與 個月季後期低強度減量訓練後其
身體組成、葡萄糖耐受度、胰島素濃度、血脂肪濃度以及阻抗素濃度。所得資料以Mann-Whitney U test比較季前期與季後期階段下所有代謝指標之差異,以Spearman Correlation分析季前期與季後期不同階段下阻抗素與胰島素敏感度之相關性,以p≦ 0.0 訂為顯著相關。結果:阻抗素濃度在季後期減量訓練時呈現顯著降低;在季前期高強度訓練下,阻抗素濃度與胰島素濃度達高度顯著相關,但在季後期階段,此相關性未達顯著水準。結論:研究結果顯示對於年輕有運動習慣的族群而言,當身體活動量減少時,阻抗素並非是造成胰島素敏感度惡化的原因之一。(物理治療2009;34( ):42- 2)

英文摘要

Objective: Early reports suggested that resistin is associated with insulin resistance in animal studies, however, the relationship in human is controversial. The aim of this study was to investigate the role of resistin in insulin resistance after detraining. Design: Longitudinal study of 13 college swimemers who received highly intensity training for 2 months and then switched to low intensity training for 6 months. Measurements included body composition, oral glucose
tolerance test, insulin response during OGTT, blood lipid and resistin in training and detraining session. All datas were analyzed using Mann-Whitney U test with SPSS 13.0 version and Spearman correlation to examine the relationship between resistin and insulin resistance in different
training sessions. Result: Resistin was significant lower after detraining, and it also correlated to insulin concentration in highly intensity training session, but not in detraining. Conclusion: Insulin sensitivity got worse after detraining, but resistin was not the major role that regulate insulin sensitivity when decreasing physical activity. (FJPT 2009;34(1):42-52)
