本研究旨在探討學校社會工作員從事校園輔導工作時所遭遇的倫理兩難,以及他們進行倫理判斷的考量層面。本研究訪問14 位巡迴與駐校的學校社工員,以訪談方式收集資料,採用紮根理論之概念藉由WinMAX 軟體進行資料分析。研究結果發現實務中的倫理兩難包括價值兩難、義務兩難與結構兩難,學校社工員的倫理判斷包括法律、倫理、效果與價值等層面。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study was to examine ethical dilemmas school social workers in secondary schools encountered and the bases they used to resolve the dilemmas. Interview methods were conducted to collect data from fourteen school social workers who were on site and circuital. Grounded Theory was used to guide the analysis using the WinMAX software. Three types of ethical dilemmas were found: Value dilemmas, obligation dilemmas and structural dilemmas. Four bases were used in thedeliberation process: Legal, ethical, effectiveness, and value.
