中文摘要
本研究係利用機器視覺技術建立一套俄式輪盤辨識系統，其辨識的項目包括白球落點的數字與顏色。本研究提出的方法包括基準線定位法及白球定位法，配合CCD攝影機、取像鏡頭、影像擷取卡、個人電腦，再利用Visual Basic 6.0程式軟體所撰寫的辨識與判決裝置控制軟體，以進行白球位置之自動辨識，進一步可判定白球於輪盤中落點的顏色與數字。
英文摘要
In this study, the Russian-Roulette recognition system is developed use the image processing techniques. The recognition items include the number and color of the location of the white ball in roulette. The study proposed the baseline orientation method, and the searching white ball method to identify the position of the white ball with CCD camera, lens, and PC. The recognition software has been finished with Visual Basic 6.0 programming.
