中文摘要

本研究的目的是在檢視台北市融合教育的成效與學校校長的角色。本研究選擇兩所接納盲與低視力學生的公立國中作為研究對象來實施研究。本研究發現融合教育的障礙、支持和校長的領導能力間的情況。本研究採用質化方法中的結構式訪談與文獻回顧等方式蒐集資料,且利用持續比較法分析研究資料。最後,基於研究發現,本研究建議一項改革計畫,以作為在融合教育實踐中遇到問題時,提供可能的解決辦法。該計畫涉及三個階段:一、校長在融合教育的影響力;二、為教師提供融合教育的培訓;三、政策制定與實施融合教育。

英文摘要

The goal of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of inclusion and the roles of school principals in Taipei city. This study chose two public junior high schools that accepted students with total blindness and low vision as the study participants to conduct the study. This study identified the conditions of inclusion development in terms of hurdles, supports and principal leadership at these schools. This study used structured interview, document review for data collection and utilized constant comparative method for data analysis. Finally, based upon the findings, the study advised a plan to offer possible solutions for implementing inclusion. This plan involved three stages: (1) Utilize Influence over the Faculty Members; (2) Provide Training for Faculty Members and; (3) Policy Making and Implementing Inclusion.
