進交通管理系統(advancedtraffic management systems, ATMS)之交 通車流的偵測技街有許多的突破,如何利用相關的車流資料進行都市內連鎖系統的建立,已成為ATMS發展中重要的課題。本研究根據不同的車流資料,利用路段及路徑演算法選取幹道,採用以PASSER11模式概念建立 號誌連鎖之最佳號誌時制設計o最後,研究利用DynaTAIWAN程式,針對虛擬與實際的路網進行模式數值測試與驗證分析。
How to improve signal efficiency in urban traffic networks is a critical issue for the successof Advanced Traffic Managenent Systems (Atms). Based on advanced traffic surveillance and management systems, linkflow data and path flow data are available to traffic management centers to design efficient signal control strategies. This research aims at designing appropriate arterals for signal coordination, and associate signal strategies fr these arterial. According to different data, link-based and path-based algorthms are developed for arterial selection, and the signal optimizatin algorithm is based on PASSER-based algorithms. Numerical experments on different traffic networks are conducted vased on DynaTAIWAN to illustrate the algorithm developed in this research.
