本研究使用RB19 染料廢水,以Fenton 程序進行染料去除反應,在不同鐵鹽作用下,加入硫酸
根陰離子比較其去除效果,實驗以250 ml 錐形瓶,在恆溫振盪器為之,溫度維持在30℃,轉速設定在160rpm,過氧化氫、鐵鹽、硫酸及氧化時間為操作變數。實驗結果顯示,Fenton 氧化程序去除染料效果良好,且在相同加藥量下,硫酸亞鐵去除染料效果優於硫酸亞鐵銨;比較硫酸的影響,對於硫酸亞鐵銨負影響大於硫酸亞鐵。
The water sample synthetic RB19 was investigated for the removal of dye as function of ferric-salt and sulfuric acid during Fenton degradation in this study. The experiments were conducted in 250-ml flasks, which were capped and shaken in a isothermal oscillator tank with oscillation speed set at 160 rpm.The dosages of 2 2 H O , ferric-salt, sulfuric acid and oxidation time are the operate parameters. These results show degradation in the Fenton process are feasible. The efficiency was in the
order FeSO H O 4 2 • 7 > FeSO NH SO H O 4 4 2 4 2 ( ) • 6 . The FeSO NH SO H O 4 4 2 4 2 ( ) • 6 has larger negative effect for sulfuric acid dosage.
