心肌梗塞缺血與之後的再灌流治療改變了心肌細胞的平衡狀態。研究發現,心肌功能失調與此細胞平衡狀態的改變有關。心肌缺血-再灌流破壞細胞內氧化-還原的定,造成細胞內氧化壓力的增加。而這過高的氧化壓力會改變蛋白質的結構與特性,進而造成心肌功能的失調。另一方面,抗氧化物質的補充亦被發現可減緩與心肌缺血-再灌流有關的心肌功能失調。希望藉由回顧心肌缺血-再灌流與氧化壓力的相關文獻,提供我們探討骨骼肌失用與再訓練對肌細胞的影響。
Myocardial ischemia-reperfusion alters cellular homeostasis which may occur with myocardial infarction (ischemia) and the subsequent blood flow restoration (reperfusion). This homeostasis alteration of the tissue is found to be associated with myocardial dysfunction. Research investigating the underlying mechanisms shows increased oxidative stress and subsequent protein dysfunction may be the link between ischemia-reperfusion and myocardial dysfunction. Moreover, antioxidant supplementation can lessen the injury resulting from ischemia-reperfusion. We hope the knowledge from cardiac research can stimulate our thoughts about the cellular impact of muscle disuse and exercise re-administration.
