鎖骨下動脈的假性動脈瘤是鎖骨骨折後少見的併發症。鎖骨下動脈的假↑生動脈瘤常造成臂神經叢傷害及壓迫血管。更嚴重者為假性動脈瘤破裂而危及生命。本文報告一位54歲女性病患因為在眼臉逐漸下垂而前來急診。最後乃困鎖骨骨折後導致假性動脈瘤所造成。病人接受了血管內支架放置。眼臉下垂也逐漸改善。
英文摘要
Pseudoaneurysm of the subclavian artery is a rare complication of clavicle fracture. The consequences of pseudoaneurysm of the subclavian artery usually consist of brachial plexus injury, vessel compression, neurological events and life-threatening rupture. We present a 54-year-old woman with a chief complaint of progressive drooping of the left eyelid. Subclavian artery pseudoaneurysm caused by traumatic clavicle fracture was finally diagnosed. She was treated successfully by implantation of a stent and showed gradual improvement of blepharoptosis.
