It is important dental issue to understand the methods of the best way to do tooth whitening therapy for the patients. Tooth discoloration might be caused by dental caries or necrosis and some systemic or local factors may also be the key factors. Systemic effects include tetracycline stain, fluorosis and age factors. Local effects include smoking, tea, red wine and deep colored food.
