In the cardinal analysis of education,questionnaires are commonly used; hence, it is necessary to screen the questions by using reliability and validity while designing the questionnaire to ensure the applicability of the questions. But when doing the result analysis, except they are extreme
results (i.e. all the answers are equal), it is difficult to make the judgment, and this may result in the unreasonable results. Therefore, this paper proposes the entropy method in kansei engineering, and start from the system disorder to quantify the uncertain questions, and ensure the reasonable of the questionnaire results. By analyzing and discussing four examples, it is found that when all of the answers are equal, they have the same weighting. The weighting will be different when the answers of the questionnaire are different. Comparing with the former answering
content, the answers show a normal distribution, which prove the applicability of entropy. Moreover, this paper also uses Matlab GUI toolbox, developed by the author, to analyze large amount data, and this can be defined as another contribution of the paper studies.
