本研究旨在透過系統觀察模式瞭解木球課程教學過程中,體育教師行為與師生互動之影響。本研究以南部大專木球教學課程之專業教師及學生為研究對象,採用觀察研究法,研究工具採用CAFIAS 之師生互動觀察紀錄表。結論為:一、體育教師在木球課程教學中,教師行為佔61.02%,學生行為佔37.25%,其它行為佔1.73%。二、教師行為方面:稱讚鼓勵佔教師行為7.46%,表示教師對學生能善用鼓勵、讚美等方式回饋學生,使學生受到激勵持正面態度。三、
學生行為方面:可預期的反應佔學生行為比例55.99%。雖然比例較高,但依課程訂定與需求可
知,在教學過程之中,學生願意與老師達成溝通興共識,由老師帶領學生進行木球課程教學內容,並在課程之中學習、體驗運動樂趣,使教與學能發揮正面之互動行為。

英文摘要

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of teacher-student interaction during the college woodball instruction. Furthmore, this study hopes to inspire other related research and provides relevant implication to improve quality of the teaching physical education. The participant was selected from college teacher and first year students in the woodball lesson. Methods: Adopting observation research, the material of this study was teacher-student interaction observation form a CAFIAS model. Results: The result indicated that, there were 46% of teacher’s
verbal feedback and less than 54% of nonverbal feedback during a teaching process. That means, the teaching behavior tends to motor skill instruction. According to the observation, learning atmosphere and teaching step were controlled well, that would be related with the teacher’s rich experiences and students’ high interesting during the woodball instruction. Conclusion: Systematic teaching observation presented a more real and objective information and it also reduced observers’ subjectivity and prejudice coming to the result. It is helpful for giving teachers feedback and improving their teaching stratagems. The development of instructional media technology makes it easy to file the information of teaching analyzing. The implication of interaction and instructional stratagems of future physical education was discuss.
