Benzazepine 具苯及azepine 環,許多含有此種結構的化合物,會與生物基因胺受體作用並存在各種不同的藥效。1-(2-硝基苯基)-4,5-二氫-1H-2-benzazepine (b)是azepine 的一種,已經以Bischler-Napieralski 反應條件製備出來,此化合物是具七環架構的含氮雜環化合物,可作為合成(1-(2-胺基苯基)-1,2,4,5-四氫-1H-2-benzazepine 二氯鉑)的前趨物。
Benzazepine consists of fused benzene and azepine ring. Many compounds that contain this structure interact with receptors for biogenic amines and exhibit a variety of pharmacological effects. 1-(2-nitrophenyl)-4,5-dihydro-1H-2-benzaepine, kind of azepines, has been synthesized by using Bischler-Napieralski condition. It would be as the precursor of [1-(2-aminophenyl)-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1H-2-benzaepine] dichloroplatinum(II).
