本研究採用修正式德爾菲法,由22 位專家多元化的觀點,針對基礎生物醫學科學、一般臨床護理技能、溝通與合作、關愛、倫理素養、批判性思考能力、克盡職責性及終身學習等八大核心素養,考量科系辦學目標、理念、宗旨與特色,在三次意見表達與檢視中,達到專家群體共識性的看法並建立某護理專科學校護理科之八大核心素養的定義,研究的結果可供其他護理專科學校參考並作為課程發展的依據。

英文摘要

The study purpose is to explore the definition of eight nursing core competency that are basic general clinical skills, basic biomedical science, critical thinking, communication and team work capability, professional caring, ethics, accountability and life-long learning. Modified Delphi method was used. At the same time, the educational goals, philosophy, mission and vision were considered. The experts presented their opinions within three rounds, and a group consensus view was built. The definitions of eight core competency of a nursing college were establishment. Study results could my reference for other college of nursing and as a basis for curriculum development.
