中文摘要

本文針對機器人使用之電源提出創新設計,利用超電容及鋰電池之混合運用,使機器人變動之負載造成對電池的衝擊降至最低,有效增加鋰電池使用壽命及機器人之續航力;本文由超電容與鋰電池互補特性及功率效率之目標函數權重分析,設計超電容及鋰電池之雙電源系統;由鋰電池電量、超電容儲存能量及負載功率決定電源各系統及負載之工作狀態,利用直流轉換器調控輸所需之電壓及功率;此雙電源結構之系統模擬結果顯示在脈衝負載使用下,超電容吸收大量突波功率對減輕鋰電池之負擔,達到很好的效果;本系統除了機器人電源可以使用,並可擴展對移動性機具如電動車輛之廣泛應用。

英文摘要

This article proposes the innovative design of power system on robot, this system combines the lithium battery with ultracapacitor, causes lower battery impact due to the robot load, increases the lithium battery service life and the robot endurance of effectively. To design the dual power system of the ultracapacitor and the lithium battery, the analysis of the complementary characteristics between the ultracapacitor and lithium battery is introduced, and then to analysis the objective function and weight between the power and efficiency. The active status of operating power is decided by the lithium battery electric quantity and the ultracapacitor cumulative energy and the load necessities. The dc to dc converter is introduced to regulate the necessity of load voltage and power. The simulation of this dual power system reveals to achieve the
very good effect under pulse load on robot, the ultracapacitor absorption massive surging power to lighten burden of the lithium battery, this dual system may expand to the mobilized machines such as electric vehicle of the widespread applications.
