全口重建對於牙醫師來說一向是個極為挑戰的過程，尤其是對於全口牙齒磨耗的處理，治療的方法包括了固定式義齒、覆蓋式義齒、活動式義齒及植牙等。這個病例是一個54歲的男性因為長期的咀嚼檳榔長達20年之久，造成牙齒嚴重的磨耗，治療的過程包括拔除預後不好的牙齒，並經歷了牙周病及根管治療，最後的復治療為固定式假牙配合植牙來重建，經過二年以上的追，患者很滿意治療的方式而且假牙的使用也沒有任何的問題發生，藉此病歷了到使用固定假牙配合植牙可以解決患者美觀的問題及提高咀嚼的功能。

Full mouth rehabilitation can be challenging in cases of severely worn teeth. Various treatment options such as fixed partial denture (FPD), overdenture, removable partial denture (RPD) and implant can be used.
This case study presented the treatment of a 54-year-old male with severely worn teeth due to habitual betel nut chewing for more than 20 years. The treatment process included extraction of teeth with poor
prognosis, periodontal, endodontic and prosthodontic treatment.
Restoration included FPD and implants to achieve esthetic and functional rehabilitation. At 2-year follow-up, the restorations continued to function well without complications. The patient reported satisfaction with the treatment. We concluded that FPD with implants can help patients solve esthetic problem and function well.
