本分析係針對97年度國軍松山總醫院所有來院健檢之外籍勞工，分析其腸道寄生蟲感染情形。受檢外籍勞工共20461人，有3452人感染寄生蟲，總陽性率為16.87%。陽性率最高的月份落在4月份，為21.27%；最低落在1月份，為9.65%。在回院複檢中，第二次複檢人數有陽性率達20.09%；第三次複檢人數陽性率有23.53%。各種寄生蟲種類檢出頻率中，原蟲類以人芽囊原蟲(Blastocystis hominis)為最多，比率82.96%；微小阿米巴(Endolimax nana)的次之，比率10.41%；蠕蟲類以鞭蟲(Trichuris trichiura)為最多，比率0.21%。在單一和多重感染寄生蟲病方面，單一感染者為最多，比率91.11%；多重感染者比率為8.89%。以國籍別分析，印尼籍的寄生蟲陽性率最高，比率為12.42%；菲律賓籍的第二，比率為2.8%；越南籍的第三，比率為1.45%。

This article was the survey of the intestinal parasites infection among foreign workers who were examined at Songshan Armed Forces General Hospital in 2008. There were 3452 foreign workers infected with intestinal parasites among 20461 examiners. The overall infection rate was 16.87%. The highest infection rate was 21.27% in April and the lowest was 9.65% in January. In return to re-examine the intestinal parasites, the infection rate of the second examination was 20.09%, and the third examination was 23.53%. The most prevalence rate of the intestinal parasite species in this survey was 82.96% of Blastocystis hominis, the second was 10.41 % of Endolimax nana, and the third was 0.21% of Trichuris trichiura. About the single-and multi-infected persons, the rate of single-infected persons was 91.11%, and the rate of multi-infected persons was 8.89%. To analysis the infection rate of nationality, the highest was 12.42% of Indonesia, the second was 2.8% of Philippines, and the third was 1.45% of Vietnam.
