中文摘要
鉛暴露為普遍與廣泛之勞工安全問題，鉛中毒通常為長期慢性的暴露而易為醫護人員所忽視，測定血中鉛濃度為鉛暴露史及鉛吸收增加之重要指標。認證規範為醫學檢驗室檢驗品質最基本之要求，也是對分析結果或分析方法的評估，保證檢驗過程符合標準作業之規範，可提昇檢驗室的效率與功能。ISO 15189為國際間醫學檢驗室認證之標準規範，包括管理要求（共15項要求；52條細則），及技術要求（共8項要求；84條細則）。血鉛檢驗室通過ISO 15189認證規範，為目前國內血鉛檢驗室提昇品質所追求的目標與未來之趨勢，可提昇醫療品質及病人安全。
英文摘要
Lead poisoning is an important issue in industrial hygiene field, blood lead level is the good index to evaluate the lead poisoning. The accreditation of blood lead test laboratory will be the basic requirement to meet the quality of medical services. We here highlight the ISO 15189 guildline for Taiwan blood lead test laboratory, to suggest the way to meet the international quality requirement for blood lead test.
