一個器官或組織經過一個開口或薄弱缺損，而突出移位即稱之為疝氣。然而對於職業性疝氣研究並不多。本文將報告一例罹患職業性疝氣的菜販，並回顧職業性疝氣相關文獻，以期提供職業病科醫師早期診斷及處置職業性疝氣。

A hernia is defined as an abnormal protrusion of an organ or tissue through a defect in its surrounding walls. however, the occupational hernia has not been well investigated. A case of greengrocer with occupational hernia is reported in this article.We also review relevant literature on occupational hernia. Hopefully, it provides occupational physicians ways to early diagnose and manage occupational hernia.
