臨床上造成牙齒嚴重磨耗的原因有很多，不僅影響病人口腔功能、美觀及舒適，也是牙醫在治療上的一大挑戰。本病例以牙冠牙橋與植牙治療方式提高咬合高度並恢復齒列外觀，同時解決病患牙齒會咬到牙齦造成疼痛的困擾。全口重建提高的咬合高度是在其可接受的範圍以內，並沒有造成病人牙周組織、顳顎關節及咀嚼肌群的不適。病患對於治療役的美觀、咬合與咀嚼功能上皆感到滿意。

Extremely worn dentition may he caused by multiple factors. Furthermore, not only does it affect function, esthetic and comfort of oral cavity, hut also causes great challenges in restorative dentistry. In this case report, we provided FPD and implant treatment to increase OVD, restore the severe attritted dentition, and at the same time, solve the problem of biting pain over gum area. The periodontal status, TMJ and muscle condition of the patient were in normal function after the rehabilitation, and that moaned the height of increased bite rising was tolerated by the patient. The patient was satisfied with the appearance, mastication function and occlusal comfort.
