血糖分析在勞工醫療機構的門診及急診是一個重要的檢驗項目，但因目前臨床血糖機的操作並非醫護理人員之專業領域，也缺乏血糖機品質管理與標準作業之專業訓練，在加護病房、開刀房、急診室的血糖機分析都由護士或醫師執行，因此護理部門應建立一套符合國際作業規範的床邊血糖機的檢驗品質管理與標準操作規範，以降低檢驗誤差提昇分析品質。本論文嘗試建立此此一標準操作規範，內容包括品質管理要求與技術作業要求，可提供護理部設置血糖機檢驗的品質管理與標準操作規範之指引，以協助符合醫院評鑑之要求，提昇醫療品質與病人安全。

Even though blood glucose analysis is an important examination in out-patient department (OPD) and emergency room (ER) for occupational medical institute, it is often done by non-medical technologists due to practical situations. To help clinicians and nurses correctly operate the glucometer in OPD and ER, we here highlight the quality system and operational guideline of blood glucose analysis to meet the international standards for quality management in occupational medical institution and thus enhance the safety of patients.
