扳機指(trigger finger)又稱手指屈肌腱狹窄性腱鞘炎(stenosing tenosynovitis of flexor tendon)，是常見的手部疾病之一，雖形成原因不明，但好發於中年女性，且與重複的手指動作相關。扳機指常同時出現在雙手，且從事不同工作的人會有不同的好發部位。我們報告
一例在冷凍食品公司工作罹患扳機指的個案，病患從事冷凍食品分裝作業二十多年，自四年前起陸續接受手部手術，包含扳機指手術三次以及腕隧道症候群手術一次。病患疑似因不斷而重複的手指動作加上手指的冷暴露而造成或加重扳機指的形成。

Trigger thumb of fingers, also known as stenosing tenosynovitis of the thumb or fingers, is a very common problem seen in our worker. It is also a modern occupational disease. Primary stenosing tenosynovitis is usually idiopathic and occurs more frequently in middle-aged women than in men. Secondary stenosing tenosynovitis of the digits can occur in patients with rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes mellitus, gout, and other disease entities that cause connective tissue disorders. We reported a 58 year-old female patient with trigger fingers who works in a frozen food company for 20 years. She denied any systemic disease or any trauma history. She has trigger fingers over her bilateral second, third and forth fingers and has underwent surgical release of first annular (A-1) pully for three times. She has previous history of carpel tunnel syndrome
and has received surgical treatment. The exposure to the cold environment and contact to the frozen food were suggested as a causative or a contributing factor of trigger fingers.
