許多人都有心智方面的痛苦或疾病，生活富裕的人經常因為心智疾病而自殺。不可否認，我們沒辦法靠手術、打針或藥物把他們治好。所以我們應該考慮人文療癒，我這裡所指的人文療癒，是整合和治癒心智疾病有關的各項人文因素。我們不難想像在某個假設的時候，那些人文元素開始分裂成哲學、文學、歷史和心理學等等。分裂和專業化有時候是好事，有時則不然。我的假設是，在理論和方法上把人文因素整合起來，比較能夠療癒心智疾病。在本文中，筆者將檢視一種使人文療癒邁向方法學整合的方式。

Many people are suffering from pains or diseases of mind, and person who leads an affluent life often commits suicide from the disease of mind. It is an undeniable fact that we cannot heal them only by medical
surgery and injection, or medicine. That is why we should consider
humanities therapy. Here, I mean humanities therapy as an integration of
humanities factors that are related for healing the disease of mind. We can imagine a hypothetical point in which those elements of humanities were starting to disintegrate into philosophy, literature, history, and psychology etc. Disintegration and specialization are good at some occasion, but not always. My hypothesis is that it will be better to heal the disease of mind by integrating humanities factors theoretically and methodologically. In this paper I will examine a way which leads to methodological integration for humanities therapy
