中文摘要

在全球競爭的市場環境下,設計者面對更複雜多樣化的顧客需求,須善用顧客資訊以設計出符合顧客需求的新產品。然而設計者往往僅憑個人過去刻板的設計經驗來處理複雜的需求,導致無法真實反映消費者的聲音,因此在成衣設計過程中,如何瞭解顧客需求是設計者重要任務。本研究首先透過現有資料蒐集與專家訪談,瞭解成衣設計需求的現況,並以專家與消費者問卷調查獲取顧客需求要項,而後以分析層級程序法計算各需求要項權重值,以使探究顧客需求更具客觀性與精確性。研究結果顯示,顧客需求前三項依次為設計品味和美感、能修飾體型缺陷、商品的實穿性等最受青睞。此模式之建立將有助於企業與設計者擷取顧客訊息,開發符合顧客需求之產品及服務,以提升成衣業競爭優勢與績效。

英文摘要

In today's globally competitive marketplace, designers must consider how to meet customer requirements that are getting complex and diverse.
However, designers tend to utilize their own particular stereotyped design experiences when tackling complexrequirements, which may not
really reflect the voice of customers. Therefore, satisfying customer requirements has always been the most important task of apparel design. By collecting literature, interviewing experts and questionnaire surveys to build up the apparel design customer requirement criteria, and the AHP
method was used for the weight value calculation of these criteria. The research results show that the top three customer requirements are design taste and esthetics, make up physical imperfection,and the practical aspect of product. It can assist enterprise and designers in gathering customer’s information easily, and develop product and service which are suitable to customer’s requirements.
