目的: 本研究比較三個計算Comalli版Stroop測驗干擾分數的方法,包括原本的比例分數,和另外兩個根據Golden公式導出的計算方法。

方法: 研究一使用27名患巴金森症病人(17名男性和10名女性,平均年齡63.3 ± 10.5歲),研究二使用14名額葉損傷病人(9名男性和5名女性,平均年齡52.5 ± 15.1歲),比較病人組和正常組在Stroop測驗的表現,分別使用三種計算方法算得干擾分數,以檢驗那一個計算方法能夠區辨兩組在執行功能上的差異。

結果:相較於正常組,巴金森症病人和額葉損傷病人表現出比較大的Stroop干擾,但只有在Golden公式導出的計算方法才得到顯著差異。

結論: 如果是臨床的目的使用Stroop測驗,鑑於測驗的敏感度,Golden公式導出的計算方法優於比例分數。

英文摘要

Objective: This study compared three computation methods of an interference score for the Comalli et al.’s version of the Stroop test, including the proportion score that is typically used and the other two based on Golden’s formula.

Method: We collected data from two patient groups with differing executive dysfunction (Parkinson’s disease and frontal lobe lesion) and
their respective controls. The Parkinson’s disease group consisted of 27 patients (17 men and 10 women; mean age 63.5 + 10.5) and there were 14 patients (9 men and 5 women; mean age 52.5 + 15.1) with frontal lobe lesions. We applied the above three formulae to the data to examine which method has better sensitivity to differentiate patients from controls.

Results: PD patients and frontal damaged patients showed greater interference than normal controls only for the formula adapted from Golden’s.

Conclusion: For clinical use, Golden-based formula is better than a proportion score in terms of the sensitivity of the test.
