隨著近㆔㈩年的改革開放,㆗國大陸因為國民平均所得改善和吉尼係數的提高,逐漸進入㈳會衝突的高峰階段。而台商㆟身安全與經貿糾紛乃是廣泛意義的㈳會衝突之㆒,在商務糾紛已成為當今台㈾㈽業在㆗國大陸㈳會發展的正常組成部分,考察此類個案報導當可揭示台灣媒體在處理塑造大陸㈳會形象與㈽業環境的呈現方式。本研究以媒介框架分析為理論基礎,針對《海基會官方
網站》1990-2007 年期間的「台商經貿糾紛㈿處服務」個案進行內容分析。本論文經由個案來源、個案主體的形象、個案主體形象之呈現方式等㆔大構面和其主要的㈥㊠命題進行分析。研究發現,個案消息來源高度集㆗於台灣官方機構及海基會㆟員,而台㈾㈽業或商務㆟員的語言常被越位而弱化,官方機構及海基會㆟員多被描述為台㈾㈽業利益的絕對㈹表者、拯救者、㈹言者的
形象,《海基會官方網站》也常藉由過濾未能解決的㈳會衝突、或政治問題的方式,呈現並建構大陸㈳會形象(㆒種主觀定性之兩岸㈳會關係負面發展的形象)。這個敘說分析的研究顯示,由半官方網站構成的台灣主流媒介在型塑大陸㈳會形象的過程亟需走出過度意識型態化的樊籬,並建議《海基會官方網站》宜轉為提升傳媒做為㈳會各㊠利益的表達管道之公平、近用、客觀等議題。

英文摘要

Following the past three decades of the Policy for Opening and Reform,
Mainland China has gradually moved forwards onto the peak era of the social conflicts, in regards to the increasing lines of both its GDP per capita and the Gini coefficient. While the personal safety and commercial disputes of the Taiwan-based businesses have accordingly created some parts of these increasing Chinese social conflicts, a Chinese social image and its business environment can be examined through the “framing” of the cases reported by Taiwanese media.This research has studied those cases collected by the internet of The Straits Exchange Foundation (SEF) which plays a role as a quasi-official but influential media in dealing with the Chinese affairs of Taiwanese people since 1990.Based on three dimensions of the case-resources, the image of the case subjects, the presentation of the case subjects’ image, and six research issues arisen
therein, this analysis has found that SEF media play an active role more than these Taiwanese business people involved in each individual case. A distinct contrast shows that both Taiwanese government and SEF have been reported as the parent-figured guardian angel, while the Chinese social image bears a more negative virtue with many unreasonable social practices.Nevertheless, in the light of both service and management for the Taiwan-based businesses, this research suggests that a fair, accessible and objective approach for case report can be better than the ideological framing by the SEF practice.
