孔融為東漢末期重要政治家、清談風氣的承繼者，也是卓越的大文豪，他的詩篇具有建安風骨，在詩歌體裁的嘗試饒有貢獻，但詞采尚未流麗，成就還不及文章。孔融文章風度高雅，音韻遒穩，句式嚴整，講求對偶與用典，明顯是由漢音轉成魏響的開風氣者。《昭明文選》收錄其代表作〈薦禰衡表〉與〈論盛孝章書〉兩篇，此二文不僅可以看出文學風氣的轉變，也可以了解孔融的思想和為人，尤其在漢末動盪時期，他與掌政者曹操的微妙互動，從中亦可略窺一斑。本文除在前言先提出歷史評論者對他不同的評價，第一、二、三節則將他與曹操關係作一釐清；對他撰文推薦禰衡、請求拯救盛孝章的創作背景詳加探討，末節更就兩篇文章足以突顯其個人獨到特色，能代表漢音魏響中繼地位之處予以分析。透過上述闡論，當有以彌補文學史較被忽略的一角。

Kong Rong was an important politician during the late Eastern Han Dynasty who sustained the fashion of idle talk and has been recognized for his remarkable literary achievement. Kong was ranked among the Seven Scholars of Jianan for their elaborate literary style, and had great contribution to the renovation of the form of poems. Kong's lyrics are not as recognized as his accomplishment in literary writings for his lyrics are not significantly resplendent. Kong's articles were elegantly written with carefully phonologic and structural arrangements, which obviously make him the leader of the turn in the literary trend from Han to Wei. Two of the most recognized literary work by Kong are included in Zhaoming Anthology of Literature, a collection by Prince Zhaoming of the Liang Dynasty, namely "Jian Mi Heng Baio (tr.: Recommendation for Mi Heng)" and "Lun Sheng Xiaojang Shu (tr.: Debate on Sheng Xiaojang )". From the two articles, readers can observe the change of literature of the time, Kong's thoughts and personality, and the most important of all, the subtle interaction between Kong and Cao Cao, the governor of the turbulent era in the late Han Dynasty. The preface of this dissertation reviews Kong's appraisal in history while the first to the third section clarify the relationship between Kong and Cao, and analyze the background of the two articles-recommending Mi and pleading for the rescue of Sheng. The last section is a discourse on how the two above-mentioned articles represent Kong's characteristics and confer Kong's status in Han and Wei literature. With explanations of this dissertation, the ignored part in the history of literature shall be supplemented.
