實習生與輔導老師的人際互動,是實習生能否成功的度過教育實習階段,以及其專業發展的關鍵。本研究的主要目的,是要了解實習生與輔導老師進行人際互動情形、影響二者互動的因素和實習生在與輔導老師人際互動的歷程中獲得的專業成長以及實習生獲得心理建設與支持的情形,以便提供未來的實習生、輔導老師及實習學校在實習或輔導的過程中些許的建議,進而提昇實習生專業成長的素質。本研究採開放式問卷、個別訪談及實習生的省思札記,對一位公費實習生進行資料蒐集。本研究發現,實習生在教學前後、班級經營有問題以及看見輔導老師與家長溝通時,會主動請教輔導老師;輔導老師也會利用空堂和批改作業時指導實習生,實習生對輔導老師的回饋表示滿意。二者互動方式是互相尊重與關懷、二者大而化之與熱情的個性及教學理念是相似的、二者的年齡雖有差異但並不影響互動品質、二者互信程度高等,都是影響實習生與輔導老師人際互動的因素。實習生在二者互動過程中獲得相當多的專業成長;實習生與輔導老師也有良性的互動。

英文摘要

The personal interaction between an intern and her mentor is the key to whether the intern can successfully experience the student teaching process and develop professional skills. The purpose of this study is to understand the personal interaction between an intern and her mentor, the factors that affect their interaction, the professional progress developed in the process of the interaction between the intern and her mentor, and the psychological development and support obtained by the intern,to provide suggestions for future interns and mentors on their student teaching and advising process and further advance an intern’s professional progress. This study is based on an open questionnaire, individual interview, and an intern’s reflective journals on her government-supported intern experience.This study finds that the intern actively consults her mentor before and after teaching, when problem arises in class, and when she observed communications between her mentor and students’ parents; the mentor also advised the intern during
recess or when grading assignments; the intern was satisfied with her mentor’s response. Factors that affect the interaction between the intern and her mentor include the mutual respect and care, the personal characteristics of easy going and passion as well as the similarity of teaching philosophy, the interaction quality not affected by the age difference, and the high degree of mutual trust. The intern made much
professional progress in the process of the interaction with her mentor; the interaction between the intern and her mentor is also very positive. The study provides some suggestions for interns and mentors as well as the intern schools.
