落實社會正義的重點並非現在高唱入雲的「卓越」,而反而是「均等」的問題。台灣的教育改革在市場化強調選擇的結果下,已經逐漸成為用金錢買的起的某種消費對象。而台灣當今的教育議題可利用「新右派」的觀點加以分析。本文的目的,首先,從台灣教育改革的歷史回顧指出在台灣教育改革過程中國家、社會與人民之間的關係具有三重面向。第二,本文認為此波教育改革兼具去霸權與再霸權的過程,並討論新右派與教育的關係及其問題。最後,藉此思考在這種新右派影響之下的台灣教育改革的結構與行動間的互動下,實現教育改革中的社會正義理想的可能性。

英文摘要

The emphasis of social justice practices is on the discussion of ‘equality’ rather than of ‘excellence’. Under the effect of selection caused by marketization, the educational reform in Taiwan is going to become the consuming subject somewhat. The perspectives of the ‘New Right’ could used to analyze the educational issues in Taiwan.Therefore, the purposes of this article are, first, to explore the triple relationships among the nation, society and individuals in the process of the educational reform in Taiwan by history review. Second, the author considers that both de-hegemonization and re-hegemonization simultaneously exist in the educational reform, and then discusses
the relationship and questions between the New Right and the Education. Finally, there are some possibilities of the social justice practices in the educational reform by thinking the interaction between the structures and actions of the educational reform influenced by the New Right.
