本研究旨在探討台中市國中教師教學動機、學校組織文化與創意教學之關係。本研究以台中市公立國中教師389 人為研究對象,採用問卷調查法,研究工具為「國中教師創意教學現況調查問卷」。資料分析方法包括描述統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關、逐步多元迴歸分析。本研究的主要發現如下:一、台中市國中教師有中高程度的創意教學表現。二、台中市國中教師的創意教學表現會因「教育背景」和「學校規模」的不同而有顯著差異。三、台中市國中教師的教學動機對其創意教學表現有正向效果。四、學校組織文化對台中市國中教師的創意教學表現有正向效果。五、教學動機、學校組織文化對台中市國中教師的創意教學表現具有預測力。最後,依據以上之研究發現提出建議,供師資培育機構、教育行政機關、學校行政單位、國中教師以及未來研究者參考。

英文摘要

The main purpose of this study was to explore the relationships between
motivation of teaching, organizational culture and creative teaching among junior high school teachers. The research adopted questionnaires collected from 389 junior high school teachers in Taichung City. The tool of research was “Questionnaire of Junior High School Teachers’ Creative Teaching”. The data analysis methods included descriptive statistic, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and multiple stepwise regression analysis. The main findings of the research are follows:1. Junior high school teachers in Taichung City have above-average performance in terms of creative teaching.2. There are distinctive differences in creative teaching of junior high school teachers in Taichung City according to their educational background and school size.3. The teachers’ motivation of teaching had positive effects on their creative teaching.4. The organizational culture of junior high school had positive effects on the teachers’creative teaching.5. The motivation of teaching and the organizational culture of junior high school could jointly predict the teachers’ performance in creative teaching.The research provide some suggestions for further research about institutions of teacher preparation, educational administration, school administration, junior high school teachers and researchers afterwards.
