为了保证电网的正常稳定运行，必须在每台发电机组并入电网前做好核相工作。通过对核相技术的研究，提出了利用GPS和锁相扩频原理相结合的相位测量方法，实现了对信号的同步采样；并通过使用嵌入式技术对发电机和电网相位进行实时监测和智能控制，满足了发电机与电网的高效运行。仿真和实验结果表明，该方法可以达到生产需要的系统要求，保证了电网相位的同步性。

In order to ensure the stable operation of a power grid, the phase-test must be conducted for each generator before accessed to the power grid. This paper studies the phase-test technology and gives an improved program for phase-test for each generator. Through study on phase-test method, a phase-test approach combining GPS with PLL spread spectrum principle is proposed to complete the synchronization of signal sampling. And the method of real-time monitoring and intelligent control for the generator and power grid with embedded technology is also put forward in order to satisfy efficient operation of the generator and power grid. The simulation and experimental result show that the method can meet the production needs of the system requirements to ensure the power grid phase synchronization.
