中文摘要
主權基金是2008 年全球金融風暴期間才開始受到注意的議題，國內這方面的研究也還在起步階段。目前國內外相關研究多半是從國際金融的角度著手，但是從國際關係理論的分析並不多見，少數相關研究也是2009 年之後才出現。主權基金研究一方面充滿學術原創性，另方面也充滿挑戰性，在這樣的前提之下，如何使得主權基金研究更進一步，需要不同理論的應用與討論。因此，本文以中國主權基金為個案，透過新現實主義和國家資本主義進行分析，期望為主權基金研究帶來新的理論觀點和視野。
英文摘要
Sovereign wealth fund (SWF) is a new practical as well as academic topic after the 2008 Financial Crisis, so as in Taiwan. Some works are done on the perspectives of international finance, but few upon international studies. Thus, Sovereign wealth fund studies are full of originality and challenges. This article aims to provide new theoretical studies with
assumptions of international political economy. Through the neo-realism and state capitalism,as well as making Chinese sovereign wealth funds as cases, the studies on Sovereign wealth fund can move further.
