中文摘要

本研究透過 XML 格式具結構化與描述資料的特點,以 XML 資料作為媒合交易流程知識文件交換與儲存格式的基礎,將系統平台內使用者對產品的設計、製造、行銷等不同知識領域所包含的概念種類及關聯特性整合進仲介交易的程序過程中。透過XML 技術作為仲介交易程序過程的基礎,不僅交易後的知識能結構化的被保留下來,也便於傳遞在各使用者之異質系統間,讓文件中的資料得以一致的被運用。此外系統平台整合 Ontology與 OWL技術,讓知識庫間以及仲介交易流程中的各相關項目的關聯性可以更加詳細的描述,從串聯產品資料、資訊到知識,整合各個知識庫,讓原本只能查詢同一知識庫的概念,經由此機制可以達到跨知識庫的查詢,擷取出各個知識庫之間與搜尋目標相近的概念,以獲取不同知識庫之間的相關知識。

英文摘要

This research employs the two features of the Extensible Markup Language (XML), namely, its structural format and descriptive files. In other words, XML files serve as the basic exchange and storage format of knowledge texts in the transaction-matching process. Provided by the users of the system platform, various concepts and related haracteristics
involved with such different fields as the design, production and marketing of a product, are integrated into the programmed process of an Internet-mediated transaction (IMT). With XML technology adopted as the foundation of the programmed IMT, the knowledge accumulated during the transaction will not only be structurally stored but be easily transmitted between the heterogeneous systems of the users so that the data files may be used uniformly. Besides, the proposed system platform incorporates Ontology technology and the Web Ontology Language (OWL), which give a much clearer description of the relationships between different knowledge bases as well as between the related categories in an IMT process. Thus the different knowledge bases are integrated by ssembling product data, information and knowledge contained therein. ormerly, the search for a certain concept was confined to a specific knowledge base, but now a cross-database search can be made through this mechanism. In consequence, all the concepts similar to the searched target can be extracted from various knowledge bases; likewise, the related knowledge can be obtained from those knowledge bases.
