英文摘要
Studies have shown that the Taiwan female entrepreneurs to be difficult coupled with gender may influence behavior, thus, the research hopes to further solutions for leadership difficulties to the Taiwan female
entrepreneurs are facing, and then clarifies related factors. Finally, the study offers certain references for Taiwan female entrepreneurs to enhance entrepreneurship competitiveness while they start up.
