英文摘要
In order to promote patient safety and the quality of healthcare, Healthcare Matrix provides one of the useful tools which link 6 core competencies characterized by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) and 6 Dimensions of Quality characterized by the Institute of Medicine of the US (IOM). This article describes the operating procedures of Healthcare Matrix and analyzes the factors why Healthcare Matrix is the most effective tool for protecting the safety of patients. Finally, this article also explores the practical difficulties
in clinical evaluations, and provides several recommendations for improvement.
