觀光發展帶來旅遊地各種利益,但亦會造成損害,所以觀光衝擊的控制與管理就成了觀光發展上的重要課題,若能經由適當控制與管理來維持觀光發展平衡,則旅遊地永續經營機會更高。本研究針對居民探討觀光衝擊管理策略的認同度,並分析影響居民認同的關鍵因子。本研究以奮起湖地區為研究基地,採用問卷調查法,共收集了142 份有效問卷。研究結果顯示奮起湖地區居民對於間接型管理策略最為認同。從各別面向來檢視,居民對於環境衝擊管理策略認同度最高,
其次為社會文化及經濟衝擊管理策略。在影響因子方面「職業」、「月收入」、「居住距離」、「社區參與」、「觀光參與」、「遊客接觸」、「觀光知識」、「觀光支持」與觀光衝擊管理策略的認同程度有顯著關係。

英文摘要

The development of tourism not only has brought various benefits to a travel destination but also created damages. As a result, both control and management have become a key lesson for tourism development. If a balance of tourism development can be maintained through appropriate control and management, the travel destination will get higher chance for sustaining management. This research aimed to discuss the residents’ perceptions toward tourism impact management strategies and analyze the key factors that have an impact on the residents’perceptions. This research targeted on Fenchihu area to collect 142 valid questionnaires through survey-questionnaire method. The findings of research showed that the Fenchihu residents most agreed with the indirect management strategy. From the individual perspective, the residents primarily agreed with the environmental impact management strategy, secondly agreed with the social and cultural impact management strategy, and thirdly agreed with the economic impact management strategy. With regard to the influential factors, the “occupation”, “monthly income”, “residential distance”, “community participation”, “tourism participation”,“visitor encounter”, “tourism knowledge” and ‘tourism support’ are significantly correlated with the tourism impact management strategies.
