目的
本研究以電腦自我效能結合任務-科技適配理論為基礎架構,醫院之教學/會議資訊系統為應用
科技,驗證任務科技適配理論在醫療產業的適用性,以瞭解醫院從業人員對上述資訊系統採用之績效。而任務-科技適配理論認為資訊科技要能對績效表現有所幫助,前提是此科技必須被接受而使用者願意使用,且科技必須與所支援的任務具有高度的契合度,進而提昇個人工作績效及企業競爭力。
研究方法
本研究採個案研究法之橫斷式研究,以便利抽樣進行結構式問卷調查,研究對象為個案醫院之教
學/會議資訊系統使用者。
結果
科技特性與電腦自我效能對任務科技適配度皆有正向影響,且任務科技適配度與主觀使用績效亦
達統計顯著相關。
結論
進一步分析任務科技適配度各變數,對使用者主觀使用績效之影響,結果顯示:僅資料位置及資
料呈現方式達統計上之顯著差異,故建議在教學/會議資訊系統的功能修改或日後設計相關資訊系統時,應注意資料取得的容易性及資料的呈現方式的易讀性及清晰性。

英文摘要

Objective
The aims of this study were to determine if a teaching in medicine/teaching information system (TMIS) as assessed with a task-technology fit (TTF) model could be adapted to the field of medicine and to determine if hospital employees could use such an information system.
The theory behind the TTF model was that a TMIS could be beneficial to job performance if the information technology (IT) were accepted and adopted by the users. Not only would this support the mission but it could also be a way to evaluate performance and provide a competitive advantage.
Methods
This study was a cross-sectional case study, using purposive sampling methods and structured questionnaires to survey the case hospital's teaching/meeting IS users.
Results
The results showed that both of characteristics of the technology and computer proficiency fit the TTF model. There was also a positive relationship between the TTF model and subjective use, especially with regard to location and utilization of the data.
Conclusion
We suggest that the information system should be revised so that the IT staff can easily read and understand the data.
