目標：本研究嘗試以質性研究之「焦點團體法(focus group)」，探究空軍基地工作人員受航空器噪音之影響程度及對防護措施或其他身心預防機制之看法，期能作為相關工作環境人員的心理和生理健康危害之參考。方法：採以二處空軍基地之各一組人員進行焦點團體法，兩組人數分別為10人與8人。結果：本研究呈現焦點團體受訪談人員面臨之航空噪音暴露現況與所造成的生理、心理及行為反應、航空噪音的對治方法以及衍生出其他工作設備噪音之問題。結論：本研究建議噪音防治可考慮加強隔音設備不足之區域及調整飛行時段或次數，未來可另針對其他工作設備噪音問題加以探討。

Purpose：With a qualitative approach of focus group, this study was designed to investigate the impact of air force flight noise to air base staffs and how they respond to the noise. It is hoped that the results of the study can help to improve related psychological and physical status of those who work under similar environment. Methods: Two focus groups with 10 and 8 persons separately from two air force bases are invited. Results: Study findings revealed the status quo of the air flight noise exposure at these two bases, and also the physical, psychological,and behavioral problems and responses. Furthermore, noise caused by other facilities was also mentioned. Conclusions: In this study, air force base staffs still think the noise problem remains serious and that anti-noise preventative measures, such as the improvement of the anti-noise protections and the rescheduling of the time and frequency of flying should be further upgraded. Also, noise caused by other facilities deserves further investigation.
