本論文係提出一種有效的方法,在單片染料敏化太陽電池的運作情況下,將可增加入射光進入電池的光照強度,並可增進電池的光照利用面積,藉以大幅提升電池的功率。本研究主要是利用染料敏化太陽電池具可有雙面照光的特點,結合一種反射裝置的設計,用以增加入射光的光照面積,使單一染料敏化太陽電池的輸出功率加倍提升。本論文發現反射裝置角度調整到45°時,在玻璃基板製作之DSSC 例中,輸出功率至少增加48.8%。從實驗結果證實,透過反射裝置使入射光的光照面積增加作用下,當雙反射裝置的傾斜角度為60°時,入射光之光照強度達到最佳化狀態,最大輸出功率增加可達到22.1%。

英文摘要

This study developed a new design-a reflection apparatus for dye sensitized solar cell (DSSC) was used to increase power conversion efficiency. It presented a new concept with effective way to increase the light intensity of the incident light enter the cell, and it can also
increase the activation area for the purpose of increasing the input power in this paper. It mainly utilizes the feature of double sides receivable of the DSSC, it combines the design of the reflection apparatus, it can increase the active surface area and light intensity of the incident light and make the output of the single DSSC for double raise. In testing this reflection apparatus, we were surprised to find that the angle of reflection apparatus adjust to 45°, in the example of DSSC with the glass base, the output power increases at least 48.8%.
From our test results, it proved that incidence light increased by using reflection apparatus. At the condition of reflection apparatus adjusted to the angle of 60°, the light intensity of incidence light will achieve the optimum condition, the increase of maximum output power achieved to 22.1%.
