本研究利用乙醇注射/超音波震盪法製備微脂粒包覆γ聚麸胺酸PGA,以不同大小針筒與不同儲存溫度下,觀察其粒徑大小分佈、安定性、安全性及毛髮保濕性等評估。超音波震以21W/10℃震盪時間15min其粒徑大小約為201nm~323nm之間;在安定性評估,以儲存4℃環境下,微脂粒平均粒徑在第9天後介於242nm~911nm之間;有效性評估方面,微脂粒包覆r-PGA以3ml注射針筒/45℃配方之保濕效果最佳;而安全性方面,以十位受測者進行48hr過敏貼布測試,並無過敏現象。
In this research, ethanol injection/sonication method was selected to prepare-PGA liposome. The liposome preparation method using different injection needle and different temperature conditions to observe the liposome particle size, particle distribution, stability, safety and hair moisture-retained properties. The sonication method condition was set under 21W/10℃ for 15min and liposome particle size was between 201 nm~323 nm. For the stability observation with storage at 4℃, the liposome size change to 242 nm~911 nm at the 9(superscript th) day. For efficacy test, the preparation condition with 3 ml injection needle and 45℃ showed the best moisture-retained property. For safety test, ten volunteers under allergy patch test and expressed no allergy result.
