中文摘要
Cyclosporin A（環孢靈)是臨床上被廣泛使用於器官移植後病人的免疫抑制劑。但服用cyclosporin A之後往往會造成許多副作用，其中與牙科最息息相關的就是牙齦增生的問題。牙齦增生除了美觀上的困擾之外，也會造成菌斑更容易堆積在囊袋之中而使病人合併有牙周病方面的問題。本篇就針對接受器官移植役服用環孢靈而造成牙齦增生的病人的臨床表徵、牙周病治療計畫、治療過程及結果做一病例報告。
英文摘要
Cyclosporin A (CsA) is used as an inmunosuppressive agent and its prominent side effect is the induction of gingival overgrowth. The etiologies of CsA-induced gingival overgrowth are somewhat controversial due to different opinions among the oral hygiene, gingival inflammation, and severity of periodontilis. This report was to present the clinical and radiographic characteristics of a patient with CsA induced gingival overgrowth treated with nonsurgical periodontal therapy.
