本研究探討電聚合聚苯胺(EP)/溶−凝膠(SG)雙層膜對SAE 1018 鋼片的防銹效果。溶−凝膠溶液含有苯胺、TEOS 以及PMMA。首先以電聚合聚苯胺於鋼片上,再以旋轉塗佈法將溶−凝膠溶液均勻覆蓋於其表面,即為EP/SG 雙層膜。實驗條件包含電聚合聚苯胺時間、溶−凝膠溶液反應時間、所含的 PMMA 克數與旋轉塗佈時間。試驗結果顯示最佳防銹膜的膜厚為5.9 μm,附著力測試結果其脫落面積小於5%,硬度為9 H,開路電位測試結果顯示其腐蝕電位比裸鋼高出0.340 V,相當於將腐蝕速率由0.097 mm/y 降低至0.010 mm/y。
In this research, the anti-corrosion property of electropolymerized aniline (EP)/sol-gel (SG) bilayer films on SAE 1018 steel plates was evaluated. A sol-gel solution was prepared by mixing aniline, TEOS (tetraethyl orthosilicate) and PMMA [poly(methyl methacrylate)]. First, a layer of polyaniline (PANI) was electropolymerized on the steel surface. The sol-gel solution was then applied by spin coating on top of the PANI layer and thereby formed an EP/SG film. Various experimental conditions were considered, including electropolymerization time, reaction time,
amount of PMMA, and spin-coating time of the sol-gel solution. The film that provided the coated sample the best corrosion resistance had a thickness of 5.9 μm, a hardness of 9 H and a < 5% area loss during a standard adhesion tape test. According to the open circuit potential measurement at room temperature in a 3% salt solution, the corrosion potential of the coated sample was 0.340 V higher than that of the bare one. In the meantime, the corrosion rate was lowered from 0.097 mm/y
to 0.010 mm/y.
