中文摘要

學校改革重在創造的轉化,學校欲具有競爭力,則必須具有卓越領導,才能帶領成員面對新時代考驗。本文以理論分析之研究方法,提出以學校領導社群改善既有領導體制之思維,包含具共同形塑之願景目標、具組織承諾之動力態度、具知識管理之思考合作、具互信溝通之文化信仰、具持續落實之績效評鑑、具倫理道德之批判省思、具組織學習之專業社群等七個向度。研究結果,本文提出實踐組織與專業承諾、創造信任溝通之氛圍、凝聚學校優勢核心能力、維繫學校專業活力、提供支持性環境、彈性調整組織結構、建立專業自主之社群、整合資源網絡等八項實施策略與具體措施,作為學校提升組織創造力依據。

英文摘要

The point of school reform was the translation of creation, and the excellence leader of school has to face challenge with fellows in new age. This paper utilized the theory analysis method to bring up improvement of leadership structure by leadership community of school, the concept combined seven aspects that included the collective vision, the dynamic of organization promise, the collaboration of knowledge management, the culture of communication, the evaluation of effectiveness, the reflection of ethic, and the community of organization learning. Related suggestions were provided based on the major findings of this study by the researchers.
