全球化潮流不僅影響各國的經濟、文化與社會脈動,更挑戰每個人的思維、學習與生活的模式,複雜化了社會的再製與整合,也解構了文化權力的中心化傾向。即便是優勢族群也無法再昧於這個世界正逐漸多樣化,各種族群的差異性也日漸被突顯的事實。反映在學校環境、組織、教師、課程、教材、教法及評量上,顛覆傳統的教育方式也顛覆傳統校園受教模式。本研究旨在於透過探究全球化思維下之多元文化教育課程理論研究所獲得的啟示,提出建議多元文化教育課程實踐之教學策略作法:從批判的多元文化教育課程理論出發,重新轉化學習者的知識觀,並培養其批判的自主意識,使其具有改變族群不平等關係的能量與行動力。期望在多元文化全球視野下,促進國民尊重多元文化,共創世界大同的美好和諧之家庭與社會,進而提昇國家整體的競爭力。

英文摘要

The trend of globalization not only affects the economic, cultural and social pulse, but also challenge each person's thinking, learning and life patterns. It complicates the social reproduction and integration, but also deconstruct the cultural center of power tendency. Even the advantage of groups have to admit that the world is increasingly diverse, a variety of ethnic differences are increasingly being highlighted by the facts. It is reflected in the school environment, organizations, teachers, curriculum, teaching materials, teaching and assessment amount, the subversion of the traditional way of education is also taught to subvert the traditional campus model.This study aimed to explore the globalization of thinking through multi-cultural education programs under the Institute of Theoretical get inspiration. Recommend the practice of multicultural education practice teaching strategies: With a critical point of view of multicultural education curriculum. Back into the learner's knowledge concept. To develop a critical self-awareness. To have the energy to change the relationship between ethnic inequality and mobility. Expect the global perspective of national respect for cultural diversity and promote better family and social harmony, and thus enhance overall national competitiveness.
