本研究旨在建立與測試以『珍愛/關懷/照護模式』概念所發展的「護理之家3C照護品質量表」。研究者以3C model照護概念及文獻查證，與長期照護學者專家、護理師及住民討論等兒發展出涵蓋11個層面照護品質指標的問卷。問卷經表面效度及專家效度後再做修正，遂以立意取樣，針對297位護理之家老年住民進行問卷訪談。資料經因素分析萃取出四個因素（43題），分別為：因素一「有效能的工作人員」、因素二「提升個人價值」、因素三「促進獨立性」與因素四「創造安全感的環境」，總解釋變異量達59.55﹪，此結果驗證了『珍愛/關懷/照護模式』之四項概念為決定照護品質之相關要素。建議未來能再簡化量表題數，並增加研究樣本數，使量表有更穩定的信度。

The purpose of this study was to develop a scale of quality of care based Cherish/Consider/Care（3C） Model for the aged residents in Taiwanese nursing homes. There were 297 samples in this study. The results display that this scale had good internal consistency and it could be divided into four factors after principal component analysis. These factors were enabling staff, creating a reasoning ambience, promotion of independency, promotion of personal valuation and . The explained percentage of factor variance is 59.55％. The results made 3C model be qualified. And the study suggests that this scale should be refined about the meanings of questionnaire items in future.
